MAJESTIC 12
Created to deal with the negotiation and presence of extra-terrestrials of Earth, Majestic 12
was set up during what could be arguably the most deceptive and secretive period of the U.S.
Government's existence.
THE OMEGA AGENCY
They are who people are talking about when one says orders come from "above the
President". The Omega Agency consists of a network set up much like the CIA. There are
thousands world-wide who take their orders directly from the ruling council of the Omega
Agency. The OA is the driving force behind what is commonly called the "New World Order."
THE SECRET "SHADOW" GOVERNMENT
The secret "shadow" government is the large organizational network which operates alongside
the officially elected and appointed government of the United States of America. Just as with
the official government, the secret government has functional branches. In the Shadow
Government five branches may be identified. These branches are: the Executive Branch, the
Intelligence Branch, the War Department, the Weapons Industry Branch, and the Financial
Department.
NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY AND THE ECHELON SYSTEM
In the booming surveillance industry they spy on whom they wish, when they wish, protected
by barriers of security, fortified by billions of pounds worth of high, high-tech technology.
GCHQ - GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATIONS HEADQUARTERS (UK)
With 15,000 staff and a budget over $500 million a year, GCHQ is by far the largest part of
British intelligence. Successive UK governments have placed high value on its eavesdropping
capabilities, whether against Russian military signals or the easier commercial and private
civilian targets.
FEMA - FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
Some people have referred to it as the "secret government" of the United States. It is not an
elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret
budget in the billions of dollars. This government organization has more power than the
President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire
populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without a trial, it can
seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution.
AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND
Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), created on September 1, 1982, is a major command
headquarters at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. AFSPC defends America through its
space and international ballistic missile (ICBM) operations, vital force elements in
projecting global reach and global power.
DARPA - DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) was established in 1958 as the
first U.S. response to the Soviet launching of Sputnik. Since that time, DARPA's primary role
has been to maintain the United States' technological superiority for military capabilities and
to gaurd against unforeseen technological advances by potential adversaries.
EG&G - EDGERTON, GERMESHAUSEN AND GRIER
EG&G is a government contractor providing a range of services to highly secure installations.
As E.G.& G. has been a contractor on some of the Government's most secret projects
(including the secret Groom Lake "Area 51" in Rachel Navada), one may be able to venture a
guess at what has been transpiring in government "Black" programs from the products and
services E.G.&G. now markets.
WACKENHUT SECURITY SERVICES
Founded in 1954 by former FBI agent George Wackenhut, Wackenhut Security now provides
security for numorous private ventures and government facilities worldwide, including the
Nevada Test Site.
COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS
This august body of "wise men" has effectively dominated the making of foreign policy by the
United States government since before World War 2. The CFR has included virtually every
key national security, and forign policy adviser of this nation for the past seventy years.
